The HSI Adult Only CPR | AED Blended Learning course combines the convenience of self-paced online learning with an instructor-led, hands-on skills session. This program is designed for individuals who need CPR and AED certification for work, volunteer requirements, or personal preparedness.
During the online portion, you'll learn how to recognize and respond to adult cardiac arrest, breathing emergencies, and choking. After completing the online coursework, you'll attend a scheduled in-person skills session where you'll practice and demonstrate your CPR and AED skills under the guidance of an authorized HSI Instructor.
Upon successful completion of both the online course and skills evaluation, you'll receive an HSI Adult CPR | AED Certification Card, valid for 2 years. The HSI Adult CPR | AED program reflects the latest international resuscitation science and conforms with current CPR and ECC guideline updates. Online course cannot be refunded once you start it.

2. Individual Session Refunds
• Refunds are available only if the session is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. • No-shows are non-refundable. • One reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice; rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.
3. Group, Corporate, or Onsite Training Refunds
• Refunds require 48–72 hours’ notice, depending on group size. • Cancellations inside the 48-hour window are not eligible for refunds. • No-shows for group or corporate bookings are non-refundable. • Deposits for group or corporate sessions are non-refundable once scheduling and staffing have been confirmed.
4. Blended Course Refunds
Blended CPR courses follow strict refund guidelines: • Blended Courses are non-refundable once the participant has started the online portion of the course. • If the online portion has not been started, standard cancellation rules apply. • Participants who fail to complete the online module before the scheduled skills session may need to reschedule at full cost; this does not qualify for a refund.
5. Certification Course Refunds
Refunds for CPR, First Aid, or other certification courses are subject to the following: • Refunds are not issued for participants who arrive late and cannot be admitted. • Refunds are not issued for participants who fail to meet course requirements. • Replacement certification cards may incur a fee and are not eligible for refunds.
6. Fitness Class Refunds
• Refunds are available only for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance. • Missed classes, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable. • Multi-class packages are non-refundable once the first class has been attended.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are always non-refundable: • Digital course access (once opened or started) • Certification cards • Deposits for group or corporate bookings • No-show fees • Travel or onsite service fees • Completed services

This Master Policy outlines all terms related to booking, payments, cancellations, blended courses, certification requirements, health & safety, and participation expectations. By scheduling or participating in any LC Group Fit and CPR, LLC service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking
All appointments must be scheduled through our official booking platform or directly with LC Group Fit and CPR, LLC.
• Sessions are confirmed only after booking is completed. • Group, corporate, or onsite training dates are secured once payment or deposit is received. • Participants are responsible for ensuring they select the correct course type (in-person, blended, group, or corporate).
2. Payments
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems. • LC Group Fit and CPR, LLC does not store or access credit card numbers. • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. • Corporate or group invoices must be paid by the due date listed. • Late payments may delay certification card issuance or service delivery.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Individual Sessions
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeited fees. • No-shows are non-refundable. • One reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice.
Group, Corporate, or Onsite Bookings
• Cancellations require 48–72 hours’ notice, depending on group size. • Changes requested inside the 48-hour window may incur additional fees. • No-shows for group or corporate bookings are non-refundable.
Blended Courses

4. CPR & First Aid Certification Requirements
To receive certification through HSI or AHA:
• Full participation in all required skills and assessments is mandatory. • Late arrivals may not be admitted and may need to reschedule at full cost. • Replacement certification cards may incur a fee. • Participants must complete all course components to receive certification. • LC Group Fit and CPR, LLC reserves the right to deny certification if course requirements are not met.
5. Health & Safety
By participating in CPR, First Aid, or fitness activities, you acknowledge:
• Physical activity carries inherent risks. • You are responsible for ensuring you are medically cleared to participate. • You must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor. • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to participation.
LC Group Fit and CPR, LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from:
• Failure to follow instructions • Undisclosed medical conditions • Unsafe behavior or misuse of equipment • Attempting skills without proper supervision
6. Refusal of Service
LC Group Fit and CPR, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who:
• Exhibits unsafe or disruptive behavior • Arrives more than 10 minutes late • Is non-compliant with safety or participation requirements • Fails to meet health or readiness standards • Violates any portion of this Master Policy
7. Agreement
